Cabin reservations
Cancel at least 15 days before arrival for a full credit good for a year, or a refund minus a 25% fee. Inside 15 days, call and Chuck will work with you. Reservations are paid in full at booking.
Boat rentals
Non-cancellable once reserved. If weather shuts the dock down on the morning of your slot, Chuck will hold the next open slot for you at no extra charge.
Damages
Every cottage gets a post-stay inspection. You acknowledge responsibility for any damage or theft incurred during your stay, charged to the card on file.

Sales tax & cleaning fee
6.38% Arizona sales tax and a $13 cleaning fee are added to every reservation.

Extra people
$3.75 per night per extra person beyond double occupancy. Children 3 and under stay free. Per-cottage maximums apply, ask Chuck before you book a full group.

Two-night weekend minimum
Weekdays are one-night minimum. Weekends require a two-night minimum. Holidays and special events may require an extra night, call to confirm.

Early check-in & late check-out
$25 early check-in (noon to 3pm, not available Saturdays). $25 late check-out (11am to 2pm, not available Fridays). Call to confirm availability.

Military discount
Military discounts are available. Mention it when you call (928) 368-9004.
